When the mind is quiet and the body relaxed we are able to recharge our ‘batteries’ with vital energy. We experience silence which wipes away our tiredness and our chattering mind learns to let go. We Regain the lost energy, and bring order and harmony within the cell.

Once we have reached this calm and well being, this state know as “Alpha state” , we can then practice the visualization exercises.

Excercise:

Start with a few Movazeneh movements in order to prepare your physical and mental states for this exercise.

  1. Sit cross-legged.
  2. Keep your back and spine straight.
  3. Place a flower in front of you.
  4. Breath deeply and calmy through nostrols.
  5. Observe the flower completely: Look at each petal and how graciously it is folded upon one another. Look at each and every one of the colors and how each part of the petal subtely switches shades Inhale its rejuvinating scent and feel it permeating your lungs and eventually your body.
  6. Focus all your attention towards the flower.
  7. Look at it for at least two minutes in all details as if you wanted to paint it
  8. Now, close your eyes and visualize the flower between your eyebrows.
  9. Try seeing it with your eyes closed and then little be little let it penetrate your mind.
  10. Gradually let it move down towards your heart and fill your heart with its softness.
  11. Keep the image of the flower in your heart throughout the day and when you are tired or dispersed concentrate on it and put aside all the other thoughts.

Benefits: Practiced on a regular basis, this exercises helps you improve concentration and calms you down. You will also experience the ability to focus your attention. This exercies is also to prepare you for the advanced exercises that involves concentration on the energy centers.
