There are two main factors which have their direct influences on cellular life nutrition, and temperature, however there is another factor which has its direct influence upon the cell life is the magnetic sources existing in the human body, and they are thirteen main sources which are all in direct connection with all the universal magnetic and electric fields. Cognizing these sources per material being of man and his real personality, can be discovered.”

Tamarkoz

What is Tamarkoz?

Tamarkoz is the practice of focusing and concentrating. The discipline of Tamarkoz is based on the teachings of Sufism. One of the main teachings of Sufism is that each person's true identity resides within his/her heart. Tamarkoz helps us reach this level of self-cognition.

By practicing Tamarkoz, one learns how to focus one's full atttention and gather all one's energy towards the heart. In order to achieve this state, Tamarkoz uses several effective deep-breathing techniques.

Who can practice?

Anyone can practice and benefit from Tamarkoz. Sufism knows no cultural, religious, or racial boundaries. In addition, there are no physical prerequisites for Tamarkoz. Anyone who wants to discover his/her true identity is welcome to join us benefit from these amazing exercises.

How does it work?

One of the great Sufi masters, Hazrat Mirghotbedin, explained that Tamarkoz can be compared to the sun rays shining through a magnifing lens.

When the sun's rays are converged into a single point through a lens, this point has the capacity to set fire to a sheet of paper. In the very same way, concentration of our senses can awaken the energy centre in our heart. This brings balance and peace, which eventually will lead to healthy physical, emotional, and mental lifestyle.

Knowledge

We have come to think that we gain knowledge when we gather information from our external environment. This is called education. However, Sufism teaches us that true knowledge is inherent and resides within our heart. The mind holds the necessary information about the external world. This information is essential to our survival but is not suffiecient in the path of self-knowledge. The mind can never discover oneís own truth because, since the birth, it gets filled with information from the outside. Hence, the mind is in a constant chattering mode because we have never learned to create the silence needed for self-discovery. The purpose is to transcend the boundaries imposed upon us by the power of silencing the mind. It is only when our mind becomes quiet that we can enter the realm of the heart, which in turn will open the doors of self-knowledge.

Effects

The state of deep concentration brings about a process of purification. The aim of this process is for the student to cleanse the self from the societal boundaries imposed upon him/her. As a result, the student gradually develops necessary atttributes such as awareness, stability, tranquility, and faith.
