This discipline is rooted in the teachings of Sufism and has been practiced for over fourteen centuries. Tamarkoz® is based on 5 main exercise groups; Mind Relaxation, Deep Body Relaxation, Movazeneh, Breathing and Concentration.
Anyone whatever his/her age can practice and benefit from Tamarkoz®. There are no physical prerequisites.
Tamarkoz® is the natural answer to one’s needs for well-being, in dealing with physical or mental fatigue or stress. This practice helps to cleanse impurities that hinder personal development. Finally, it is the response to the serach for self-discovery and self-knowledge.
The practice of Tamarkoz® establishes a state of equilibrium, creates calm and stability, develops courage and understanding, and grows faith and love.
